Fast and Easy Baked Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce

Our Vodka Sauce is so rich and flavorful that it holds up to larger types of pasta, such as rigatoni, mostaccioli and gnocchi.  Try this one for a guaranteed family pleaser!

Cook the pasta in salted water per instructions on the box and drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. 

Warm the Vodka Sauce in a large saucepan, stir in the pasta to coat thoroughly. Add pasta water a little bit at a time until loose & saucy—the sauce will thicken more as it bakes!

Transfer to a casserole dish.  Top with your fresh mozzarella, ricotta or your favorite shredded Italian cheese, such as parmesan and bake @350 for 20 minutes.

Serve with a salad and some bread for an extra special meal for all!
