Sesame Peanut Noodles

Stir in 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter and a tablespoon of  rice vinegar and dash of sriracha into 1/4 cup Sesame Ginger Sauce (play with the portions to see what you like best). Toss with shredded chicken, sliced scallions, sliced red cabbage, chopped cilantro, thinly slice red bell pepper, etc. etc.... and cooked noodles (rice noodles, linguine, or your favorite pasta).
Vegetarian / Vegans use edamame or tofu instead of chicken.
Serve warm or cold with lime wedge and crushed peanuts.
