The Perfect Midwest Hot Dish!

Throw out the can soup and make your Hot Dish delicious with Saucier Soup.
13 x 9 inch casserole. Serves 8
Preheat oven to 450°
Ingredients:
1- 16oz container of Saucier Hungarian Mushroom Soup
1 TB butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 TB flour (keep it gluten free and use gluten free flour)
1 TB fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
1 cup whole milk, or half & half
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup frozen peas
81 Original Tater Tots, from a 32 oz bag
In a Dutch oven, or large deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat and saute chopped onion for 2 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ground beef. Cook and stir until beef is brown and crumbly, about 10-12 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, flour, and thyme. Stir and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add 1 container of Saucier Hungarian Mushroom Soup, 1 cup of whole milk, and Worcestershire. Stir and cook over med-high heat until thickened.
Turn off heat, stir in grated parmesan cheese.
Pour into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle frozen peas and corn evenly over the top.
Line 81 frozen Tater Tots: 9 across and 9 down, on top of the dish, do not press down.
Bake on upper middle rack at 450° for 35-38 minutes.
Allow to rest for 15 minutes and serve. (Optional: Drizzle with ketchup before serving.)
